I found this gorgeous, vintage filigree brooch and altered it by removing the back pin assembly and filing it smooth. It has lovely, ornate filigree and amber tones withe a huge glass cut stone in the centre. The weight of the brooch is offset by the design of heavy vintage brass chains dangling down. It hangs nicely, with a nice weight to it. The finishing flourish in this asymmetrical beauty comes from some bits of vintage lace I've attached to the brooch, with brass bobs on the ends so it swings nicely too.
Entire necklace length at it's longest is about 25". It's extremely adjustable to just almost a choker length if you prefer it shorter. the extra chain length can simply dangle down the back of your neck, it was a nice faux pearl bob on the end of the chain extender.
This necklace is totally one of a kind, and will come with a hand-written OAK hang tag stating provenance and "ingredients"
