Angles & Bones Necklace; brass breast plate
I salvaged these vintage bone beads from a warehouse in New York that imported them from India (hand made in India) in the 1970s.
Lengths of stiff wire has been loaded up with these vintage bone beads, then geometric glass beads are added to the bottom for a more modern vibe. The centre chevron has lighter, gold coloured beads than the other two chevrons.
Triple wires meet in the middle and loop to each other, reminiscent of a tribal breast plate.
5 links of vintage brass elongated chain is featured on either side. I have very few pieces left of this chain - it's got such a lovely texture.
Modern "antiqued" brass chain finished it off - with total length of 22" and an additional 2" extender chain to play with.
Flirty and fun for summer - and you can rock this into the fall as well.
